Abstract:
Feature of new technology on Liquid Chromatography / Mass Spectormetry (LC/MS), orthogonal time of flight mass spectromete (oa TOF− MS) is introduced. The LCT−premierTM delivers high sensitivity for full spectrum, high resolution (>11,000 FWHM). The extended dynamic range of the : dynamic range enhancement (DRE) delivers up to 4 orders of magnitude for exact mass measurement and quantitative analysis. 10 kinds of the caffeinated and decaffeinated tea samples were performed principal components analysis by MarkerLynx following UPLC/ LCT premier analysis as the model experiment for Food metabolome.
